Judging takes place on Saturday May 18th at 5 p.m.
Exhibits MUST be staged between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday May 18th

All Exhibits MUST be collected between 4.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.
"Removal Letter" MUST be shown on collection as Prize Money will be paid on day.
NO Responsibility will be taken for any item left after this time
